Case 01 · Web3 · Accelerator

SDG Blockchain Accelerator

Directed the launch of the UNDP SDG Blockchain Accelerator, leading global marketing and communications efforts that drove 1,000+ applications from founders across 150 countries. Built and executed a multi-channel campaign that positioned the program at the intersection of Web3 innovation and social impact, ultimately selecting and pairing 30 high-potential Web3 startups with 30 UNDP country offices to support real-world SDG-focused implementation and collaboration.

Case 02 · Web3 · Research

State of Web3 in Africa with PwC

Made an industry-defining report the conversation piece for African Web3 throughout the year. Partnered with PwC for credibility, designed a phased rollout, pre-briefed Tier-1 press under embargo, and built an evergreen content engine around launch events and executive op-eds. Result: 1,000+ PR pickups, 200k+ digital impressions, and institutional adoption.

Case 03 · Ecosystem · MENA

Ecosystem · Mashreq

Led communications for StartMashreq by Flat6Labs, an IFC/World Bank-backed entrepreneurship initiative with a six-figure marketing budget. Developed GTM support and multi-channel campaigns for displaced founders across Lebanon, Iraq, and Jordan, aligning ecosystem partners, accelerating founder visibility, and driving regional program engagement.
